Dabble
Founded in Australia in 2020, Dabble is a community-focused sports betting platform that integrates a social media experience. Since starting, the app has expanded its global footprint with successful launches in both the US and UK markets.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to differentiate the brand within a saturated market. The visual style needed to be fun and engaging, yet navigate strict legalities regarding "youthful" aesthetics to avoid attracting minors. The goal was to use bright, bold colours and emojis to create energy without crossing the line into looking childish or too much like a game.
Strategy
To maintain engagement and "hype," Dabble utilises a high-energy social media presence alongside frequent competitions, live events, and community meet-ups. This approach focuses on the social aspect of betting, creating a vibrant, interactive brand experience.
